This spacious vacation apartment (100m2) on the first floor of the main house has its own entrance and offers a lot of privacy. Les Deux Cèdres also has a cozy hall (35m2) with a beautiful old fireplace with wood stove. There is also a television. The cottage has a luxury kitchen/living room with all modern conveniences. Don't feel like cooking? How about a fully catered 3-course dinner in the beautiful ambiance of the room of your cottage? We have table d'hôte and will be happy to cook for you. Through the french doors of the room you walk to the sunny terrace with fantastic views of Penne d'Agenais. This apartment is normally suitable for 4 people. However, in the hall there is a double sofa bed so that 6 people could stay. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a 4-burner induction hob, dishwasher, oven and fridge. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. From the kitchen you walk through the doors to a second terrace. The apartment has a beautiful bathroom which was recently modernized. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, bathroom cabinet with double sink and a toilet. There are 2 double bedrooms, one of which has an Auping bed with Tempur mattresses. Also nice to know that on the estate La Bastide Portoly there are several places to enjoy the fantastic views. From the pool or from the bench at the edge of the woods. An excellent way to admire the starry sky at night or to listen to the owls. Your car can you can park on the property. There is an option to rent the gîte "Les Deux Cèdres" together with the studio "Pruneaux" and gîte "Le Pigeonnier ". Feel free to ask about the possibilities.
Rates 2024:
We require a minimum rental period of 3 nights.
During the months of July and August and weeks 1, 51 and 52, the minimum is 7 nights.
The prices based on 2 persons for 7 nights in "Les Deux Cèdres" are as follows:
Low season: January, February, March, November, December (except weeks 1, 51 and 52) € 868.
Low season: April, May, June, September, October € 1015.
High season: July, August and weeks 1, 51 and 52 € 1155.

The price does not include the tourist tax (€0.94 p/p/n).
